Provisioning transition
Provisioning copy now explains the v2 target architecture: shared platform workspaces, tenant-aware routes, plan entitlements, and compatibility-only support for old package installs.
Compatibility cleanup
Legacy update manifest controls are labeled as compatibility surfaces so they do not look like the primary v2 release system.
